Darcy Solutions
Darcy Solutions is seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial Staff/Senior Geologists to join our growing company and help shape our future. These hands-on roles offer the opportunity to develop exciting new technology and simultaneously apply it across our expanding customer installations. Candidates must share our passion for making a meaningful contribution in reducing our collective carbon emissions footprint and have an affinity for collaborative problem-solving within our team, with our industry partners, and our customers. The roles will provide a mix of field geology, well design and construction, technology development, and interactions with customers and subcontractors.
With funding from the NSF, DOE, USDA, State of Minnesota, and climate investors, Darcy is pioneering a new groundwater-based, geothermal approach to sustainable heating and cooling for commercial and multi-family residential buildings. We’re working closely with our industry partners to develop integrated ground loop-HVAC designs that help our customers meet aggressive carbon emissions goals and energy efficiency requirements while lowering costs. Our approach incorporates elements of water well and geothermal technology, resulting in a novel way to put groundwater to work.
The Staff/Senior Geologist positions offer candidates the chance to be part of an innovative company making an impact on greenhouse gas emissions. We provide a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
