Darcy Solutions is seeking a forward-thinking Brand and Marketing Communications Lead to elevate our brand and fuel growth through storytelling, design, and multi-channel campaigns. This role will establish the company as a market leader in the geothermal space by building a cohesive marketing infrastructure and leading compelling storytelling efforts.

As part of our mission to decarbonize the built environment, you will help advance our innovative geothermal technology, contributing to a cleaner and more efficient future. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and Strategy and will collaborate with leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute all visual brand elements including collateral, exhibition materials, website, social media, and communications.
  • Lead content creation by translating technical and scientific input into compelling storytelling and sales tools:
    • Design marketing materials such as collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
    • Oversee storytelling of customer journeys and projects using multimedia, managing digital and video production partners.
    • Distribute all content across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, performance tracking, and optimization.

Expected Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to craft messaging across media including collateral, web, social, and promotional content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Openness to new technology, including applying AI tools within the marketing stack.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, geothermal energy, or sustainability topics is a plus, but not required.

Who We Are

We installed our first pilot system in 2019 and our first commercial system in 2020. With growing customer demand, we are excited to expand our team and technology to further reduce heating and cooling emissions.
