Next-Generation Heating and Cooling with Darcy
Darcy Solutions deployed a 2-well, 240-ton geothermal system for this 110-unit mixed-use affordable housing development. The aquifer-based heat pump system provides a blueprint for decarbonizing dense urban residential projects.
The Darcy system stands out for its ability to deliver superior energy performance on restricted sites. This location had a small footprint for executing all construction activities and drilling. Groundwater enabled geothermal was the only realistic solution to electrify the HVAC system. Allowing stakeholders to secure a high-efficiency, sustainable solution that provides lasting value and supports future growth.
